Dear Lord,

I confess I have rebelled and ignored your will for my life. I have sinned against you. I am broken. I believe you sent your son, Jesus, to die for my sins. I believe He rose again from the dead. I am turning from my selfishness and trusting in Jesus as my Savior. Thank you for loving me. I want to live for you. I ask you to heal me and save me.

In Jesus name.

Amen.
