   3. The field = world.

   7. The reapers. (Vv. 30, 41)

   8. The righteous. (V. 43)

3. The meaning.

   1. The whole world is God’s field.

   2. The Son of Man is growing His Kingdom.

   3. The enemy is opposed to God.

   4. The enemy sows evil workers.

   5. God knows those who are His.

   6. God is patient toward His field.

   7. At His perfect time, weeds will be destroyed and the enemy defeated!

   8. God’s righteous ones will be revealed bringing glory to God.
